MY MISSION

Teaching you to prioritize yourself, find balance and take control of your life.

I turned to mindfulness when I was experiencing burnout for the first time. Working in the corporate world full time, being a mom and experiencing some health challenges that life had thrown my way, I needed help balancing my career, my passion and my health.

Mindfulness taught me more about the nervous system, self compassion, and acceptance of thoughts and emotions without judgment so I could find space to move through trauma, grief and anxiety.
